Purpose
To drive census development and increase private pay referral base in assigned facilities through training and supporting local CRDs and Administrators. Conduct training to enhance professional relationships, ongoing education to services and community outreach opportunities. Put together marketing strategies and execute them, coaching and role modeling for future success of the community. This position will assist with internal lead management system, Public Relation activities and Public Educational Outreach Programs. In addition, they will monitor referral sources and census outcomes. They are responsible for communicating market conditions and opportunities to RDO executive facility and management staff. They will assist with and execute any media campaign management as assigned.
