Required Qualifications

Fundraising Events & Development Operations

  • Support all major Athletics fundraising and engagement events, including Swoop Into the Season, Golf Classic, Blue & Gray Bash, and additional donor-facing or sport-specific events.

  • Support event logistics, including planning timelines, vendor coordination, budgets, hospitality, staffing plans, and donor engagement strategy.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure events align with fundraising goals and deliver a high-quality experience for sponsors, donors, and attendees.

  • Support annual giving initiatives such as 904 Day, Giving Challenge, crowdfunding campaigns, and sport-specific fundraising efforts.

Stewardship & Donor Experience

  • Support the implementation and execution of a comprehensive stewardship strategy that ensures timely acknowledgment, recognition, and engagement of Athletics donors.

  • Help manage donor relations operations, including reporting, donor communications, benefit fulfillment, and stewardship events.

  • Support donor events and represent Athletics in cultivation and stewardship settings.

The holder of this position is responsible for any NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference bylaws and guidelines that a member of the UNF Athletic Compliance Department provides in addition to all UNF regulations. The individual must also assure that NCAA, Conference and UNF regulations are followed to the best of their knowledge and any violations thereof are reported to UNF Athletic Compliance.
