Job Title: External Field Support Engineer
Skill: Band 2 DSS Support
Duration: 3–6 Months

Start: Immediate (Post-BGV)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle L1 escalations and resolve complex IT issues across multiple sites
- Provide support for desktops/laptops, Windows/Mac OS, Outlook, Teams, and basic networking
- Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and OS deployments
- Support LAN/WAN, VoIP systems, imaging devices, and lab instruments
- Maintain ServiceNow tickets with proper documentation and updates
- Participate in IT projects, migrations, and hardware/software rollouts
- Manage IT assets including provisioning, tracking, onboarding, and offboarding
- Coordinate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders for issue resolution
Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, OS, networking basics)
- Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Willingness for on-call support and flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license required
