The External Operations Coordinator is a strategic role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of 5+ external yard partner locations across the nation. This position calls for a results-driven professional who can develop and implement operational strategies aimed at delivering outstanding service, maximizing efficiency, and driving profitability. The coordinator will lead cross-functional teams, set and monitor performance metrics, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with external partners. Critical to success in this role is the ability to make informed financial and operational decisions, analyze data, and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. A strong background in planning, follow-up, and performance optimization is essential.
