Major/Essential Functions

  • Embody the TTUHSC shared values of kindhearted, integrity, one team, visionary and beyond service. 
  • Follow all TTUS and TTUHSC Operating, IT and Safety policies, completing all trainings as required.
  • Assist the ER Business Manager in budget preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation activities by tracking expenditures, verifying financial data for accuracy, and supporting the timely resolution of discrepancies in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the process of preparing, proofing of event invitation mailings, acknowledgements and guest follow-up. Assist the event planners with coordinating and supporting event logistics to ensure activities, materials, and event operations are organized and executed efficiently.
  • Support and provide administrative and strategic coordination support to the Communications and Marketing team.

Visa Information

TTUHSC, at its sole discretion, may initiate new H-1B I-129 visa petitions in accordance with the directive issued by Governor Abbott. Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission is required.
