Position Summary:
Under general supervision of the AVP of External Relations, the External Relations Support Coordinator will provide a full range of administrative and clerical support to the AVP of External Relations and day-to-day clerical support to the Office of External Relations and its units. Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains basic office equipment; inventory and supply ordering and tracking. Reconcile pro-card transactions, process requisitions and purchase orders, including ICTs, and ensures accounts payable is processed successfully. Processes travel requests and claims using Concur. Assists with programs, initiatives, and campus visits. Interacts with a variety of campus stakeholders including, students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
Incumbent will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends for events such as commencement, galas, etc.
