External Reporting Analyst

Looking to take your technical accounting and SEC reporting experience to the next level? Join a collaborative finance team where you'll play a visible role in external reporting, complex accounting matters, and key corporate finance initiatives. This position offers broad exposure to SEC filings, pension and derivative accounting, auditor interactions, and high-impact special projects.

What You'll Do

• Prepare the monthly consolidated statement of cash flows.
• \n
• Support the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K), including footnote disclosures.
• \n
• Record accounting entries and assist with budgeting and forecasting for pension, post-retirement, and post-employment benefit plans.
• \n
• Contribute to the accounting and reporting of incentive compensation programs. Manage accounting activities related to interest rate derivatives.
• \n
• Assist with annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment testing.
• \n
• Partner with external auditors and serve as a key point of contact during audits and reviews.
• \n
• Oversee the preparation and filing of employee benefit plan financial statements.
• \n
• Coordinate annual SEC Form SD filings related to conflict minerals reporting.
• \n
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization.
• \n

What You'll Bring
