The extern will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff while gaining experience in estate planning, scheduling, administrative operations, quality assurance, customer service, funding, and more.What You'll DoAssist with drafting, proofreading, and organizing estate planning documentsSupport case management, file organization, and document preparationSchedule client meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointmentsPerform administrative tasks including scanning, filing, data entry, and correspondenceReview client information for accuracy and participate in quality assurance processesSupport client intake and provide customer service throughout the client experienceAssist the funding department with asset documentation, tracking, and follow‑upCollaborate with attorneys and staff on special projects and workflow improvementsCommunication / Client ContactThis position provides extensive contact with clients, staff, professional advisors, and vendors. All interactions should be handled professionally, whether inside or outside the office, by telephone, email, or in person.
