We are seeking dedicated individuals to support and enrich middle school extracurricular programs in South Plainfield, NJ. This role involves helping students thrive beyond the classroom through coaching, advising, supervising, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. The ideal candidate is organized, student-focused, and committed to promoting school spirit, teamwork, and personal growth through meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, or support assigned extracurricular activities, clubs, or teams.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participating students.
Help plan meetings, practices, events, performances, or competitions as needed.
Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff regarding schedules and expectations.
Promote student engagement, teamwork, responsibility, and positive school culture.
