Extruder Machine Operator

Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator
Location: Greenville, OH
Shift: Mon–Thu | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (4‑day workweek)
Pay: $42,240–$49,920
Experience:2+ years extrusion required

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate extruders, dies, take‑off units, and auxiliary equipment
• Monitor extrusion process to meet quality and customer specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment and material defects
• Supervise utility employees on production line
• Complete production and quality documentation

Requirements:

• HS diploma or GED
• 2+ years recent extrusion machine experience
• Strong attendance and safety record
• Basic math and data interpretation skills
• Ability to wear required PPE
