Extruder Operators:
Our client, a well established manufacturing facility located in Brunswick, is seeking reliable and hardworking Extruder Operators to join their growing team. These roles are essential to supporting daily production operations and ensuring a safe, efficient, and high quality workflow. Candidates will be part of a team that values consistency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Shift: Pay:
Key Responsibilities: - Operate extrusion and milling equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor machinery, perform basic adjustments, and ensure consistent product quality
- Assist with material handling and general production tasks as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Minimum Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Prior experience operating Extruders and Mills is a plus but not a requirement
- Comfortable with wearing a carbon filter mask when required
- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
- Commitment to following all safety procedures
