What you’ll do
- Operate blending and extrusion equipment to produce thermoplastic compounds
- Check, record, and reconcile manufacturing data
- Troubleshoot issues to maintain quality and throughput
- Apply mechanical know-how to keep processes running smoothly
- Safely operate a fork truck (adhering to proper procedures)
- Support teammates and, when needed, take the lead on tasks
Shifts and openings
- Primary opening: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
- Additional opportunities on second and third shifts for blending and machine operation
- Voluntary overtime available; shift differentials apply
