What you’ll do

• Operate blending and extrusion equipment to produce thermoplastic compounds
• Check, record, and reconcile manufacturing data
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain quality and throughput
• Apply mechanical know-how to keep processes running smoothly
• Safely operate a fork truck (adhering to proper procedures)
• Support teammates and, when needed, take the lead on tasks

Shifts and openings

• Primary opening: 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
• Additional opportunities on second and third shifts for blending and machine operation
• Voluntary overtime available; shift differentials apply

Physical expectations
