Extrusion & Forming Machine Operator

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor production machinery (extrusion experience is a plus).
• Perform hands-on work on the manufacturing floor—no desk work.
• Use hand tools and practical mechanical skills to keep lines running.
• Follow strict safety and quality standards every shift.
• Lift and move materials as needed (up to 70 lbs).

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in manufacturing, production, extrusion, mechanics, farm work, or other physically demanding jobs.
• Comfort working overnight shifts.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong safety focus.
• Team-first mindset and willingness to learn.
