Job DescriptionAs an Extrusion Helper, you will assist the Extrusion Operator with job setup, raw materials, inspection, and packaging of rubber products.
Responsibilities:- Assist with setup and tear down of extruder
- Verify raw materials and feed rubber into extruder
- Package finished parts per work ticket instructions
- Assemble boxes and maintain a clean work area
- Follow safety and company policies
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Experience with calipers is a plus
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $17.35hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
