Extrusion Machine Operator All Shifts
We are seeking reliable and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team in Hudson, Ohio, as extrusion machine operators. If you have manufacturing or warehouse experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Hours:
1st Shift: 6:45 am 3:00 pm
2nd Shift: 2:45 pm 11:00 pm
3rd Shift: 10:45 pm 7:00 am
Pay:
1st Shift: $18.50/hour
2nd Shift: $19.50/hour
3rd Shift: $21.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Set up extrusion lines, including tooling, vacuum tanks, pullers, cutters, and coilers
Fill hoppers and prepare the production area
Measure and size product using calipers, step gauges, and micrometers
Monitor quality: OD, ID, wall thickness, weight, surface finish
Perform hand coiling, stacking, and operate automatic coilers
Package and label products: poly-bag, heat seal, apply labels, and tape boxes
Maintain clean and organized work area
Complete production paperwork, run history, and shipping documentation
Perform line clean-up, remove tooling, clean plastic residue, and grind scrap
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in production or machine operation preferred
Comfortable using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Ability to understand and follow written specifications and tolerances
Physically able to lift boxes and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable and able to work independently
Pass a 5-panel drug test (THC is acceptable)
Must complete and upload required documents: application, drug policy, personnel test, behavioral survey, interview
Nice to Have Skills:
Manufacturing or warehouse experience
Mechanical aptitude
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience in production or machine operation
Other Requirements:
On-site work environment
Dress professionally for the interview (nice attire)
Be 10 minutes early for your interview with Keith, our plant manager, who will conduct the interview
