Our client is a busy manufacturing facility that produces quality products through extrusion processes. As an extrusion operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion lines to ensure top-quality output. Hours
3rd Shift: 10:45 pm – 7:00 am
Work at the location on Norton Rd in Hudson, Ohio.

Pay
$21.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Set up extrusion lines, including tooling, vacuum tank, puller, cutter, and coiler
• Fill hoppers and prepare the production area
• Measure and size product using calipers, step gauges, and micrometers
• Monitor quality: OD, ID, wall thickness, weight, surface finish
• Perform hand coiling, stacking, and operate automatic coiler
• Package and label products: poly-bag, heat seal, apply labels, and tape boxes
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Complete production paperwork, run history, and shipping documentation
• Perform line clean-up, remove tooling, and grind scrap

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in production or machine operation preferred
• Comfortable using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to understand and follow written specs and tolerances
• Physically able to lift boxes and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and able to work independently

Nice to Have Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience working in warehouse or factory settings

Preferred Education and Experience

• Manufacturing or production experience, minimum one year preferred

Other Requirements

• Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test (THC is okay)
• On-site work environment
• Must dress presentably for the interview (no suit required, just neat attire)
• Punctuality is essential—be 10 minutes early for your interview
