We are seeking a reliable Extrusion Machine Operator to set up and run 2 1/2" & 4" extruders, handle materials, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, clean environment. The role involves preparing dies, operating conveyor systems, managing finished goods, and using measuring tools to ensure quality. Candidates should have at least 1 year of machine operation experience, preferably with extrusion and materials like EPDM, Neoprene, SBR, or Nitrile. Basic math, measurement, and computer skills are required, along with a strong safety record and teamwork ethic. The position offers starting pay at $19/hr, with shifts from Monday-Thursday: first on day shift (6 am-4:30 pm) for two weeks, then on swing (4 pm-2 am).
