This role involves operating machinery to produce high-quality food packaging via extrusion and thermoforming processes.
Shift: 5:45pm-6:15am, rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off. Pay: $20-24/hour based on experience, with potential shift differentials.
Qualifications include prior extrusion and manufacturing experience, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work safely, train cross-functionally, and perform overtime.
Responsibilities encompass machine adjustments, quality inspections, reducing scrap, monitoring production, and maintaining safety protocols. Tasks involve operating extruders and forming machines, completing logs, troubleshooting, and supporting team setup.
Safety is priority, with adherence to PPE, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and reporting issues.
