What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate extrusion equipment
- Load raw materials into the extruder (30–40 lb. bags)
- Change extrusion bushings (pucks) for production runs
- Monitor product quality throughout the process
- Place finished material onto production trays
- Complete production and material usage documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For: 2nd shift
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and working throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
