Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Options: Day Shift, 6:45 PM - 7 AM or Night Shift, 6:45 AM - 7 PM | Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation

To Get the Job You Need (Extrusion Operator Requirements):

• High school diploma or GED - trade training helps too
• 3+ years of plastic extrusion experience
• Mechanical skills and quick fixes in your toolkit
• Quality-focused with an eye for detail
• Strong enough for lifting and long shifts
• Safety-conscious and solid with the team

How You'll Spend Your Shift (Extrusion Operator Job Duties):

• Power up, set up, and run machines during your shift
• Troubleshoot problems as they pop up
• Perform quality checks on products and parts
• Do routine adjustments and small repairs
• Stay safe and keep production goals on target
