Are you a dependable, detail-oriented individual looking to build your career in manufacturing? We are seeking an Extrusion Packaging Operator to join our client's team specializing in the production of high-quality plastic tubing. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging finished extruded tubing, monitoring product quality, and ensuring all materials are prepared for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.

Key Duties:

• Package finished plastic tubing according to customer specifications and packaging requirements.
• Inspect tubing for defects, damage, and overall quality before packaging.
• Label, weigh, and prepare finished products for shipping and inventory.
• Monitor production output and maintain accurate packaging records.
• Operate packaging equipment and safely use material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
• Work closely with extrusion operators and fellow team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
• Assist with loading packaging materials and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or production discrepancies to supervision promptly.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
