Extrusion Saw Operator – 2nd Shift
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Overtime & Saturdays as Needed
Pay: $18–$24/hour based on experience, training, and education
Additional Earnings: Overtime, monthly gas bonus, attendance/safety bonuses, and year-end bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do
- Operate extrusion saw equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently
- Read production schedules, work orders, and customer orders
- Cut, move, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility
- Assemble and stage customer orders for shipment
- Label and identify materials accurately
- Retrieve and transport materials between production and storage areas
- Sort and store materials according to product specifications
- Safely load and unload materials in restricted spaces
- Use tape measures, calipers, decimals, fractions, and other basic math skills during production processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3–6 months of related manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
- Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using applications
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a noisy manufacturing environment around moving machinery
- Must be able to wear required PPE and safety equipment
