What you will do:
As our Extrusion Team Lead, you will be responsible overseeing the safety and quality in the Extrusion department.
The Job:
- Assist in printing/entering production orders.
- Assist in updating POS’s and work instructions.
- Assure proper quality and specs.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Act as a backup to the Extrusion Operators.
- Make sure employees are working safe.
- Keep the shop safe and organized.
- Report potential hazards.
- All other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Leadership ability.
- Clear andeffectiveoral and writtencommunications.
- Strongtimemanagementskills.
- Good mechanical skills.
- Able to maintain a professionaldemeanor atall times.
- Meet or exceed customerexpectations.
Requirements:
- Highschooldiploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of2-3 years Extrusion experience.
- Leadership experience a plus.
- Broad knowledge of sheet and profile extrusion
- Strongmechanical abilityor knowledge.
- Fork lift certification to be completed after successful hire.
Hours and Location:
- Inpro World Headquarters, Muskego, WI
- 2nd shift, Monday-Friday; 2:50pm-11:00pm
