Extrusion Technician

We are currently seeking experienced Extrusion Technicians to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and make necessary adjustments.
• Monitor production processes and make changes as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous extrusion or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and follow production specifications.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
