What you will need to be successful in this role:
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance is required.
Must meet one of the following requirements:
A Bachelor''s degree plus 3 years of related structural aircraft maintenance experience.
An Associate''s degree plus 4 years of related structural aircraft maintenance experience.
High School Diploma plus 8 years of related structural aircraft maintenance experience.
F-16 experience is strongly preferred, but other fighter jet experience may be considered.
Experience in reading, comprehending, and interpreting technical documents, including manuals, technical data, and blueprints.
Basic knowledge of various computer applications such as Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) is a plus.
