 Finance & Accounting Transformation OCM Analyst

 Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid, approximately 4 days onsite per week)
 Pay Rate: $60.00 - $65.00 per Hour
 Duration: 5-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension)
 Start Date: August 2026
 Travel: None Required

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Transformation OCM Analyst to support a major finance modernization initiative for a leading Texas energy organization. This client-facing role will be responsible for driving organizational change management (OCM) activities associated with finance and accounting transformation efforts, including the implementation and adoption of treasury management technologies and new business processes.

 

The successful candidate will partner closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, project managers, and finance teams to ensure successful adoption of system and process changes while minimizing organizational disruption.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with change management expertise who enjoys working directly with stakeholders and leading transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Change Management

  • Support the execution of the overall change management strategy and adoption framework.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and identify risks to successful adoption.
  • Develop and execute mitigation plans to address adoption challenges and resistance.
  • Track change readiness and measure adoption success across impacted business units.
  • Support implementation efforts by ensuring stakeholders are prepared for upcoming releases and process changes.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate in stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to support stakeholder communications.
  • Advise impacted business teams regarding the scope and impact of upcoming system and process changes.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure alignment on transition plans and support strategies.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

 

Communications

  • Develop and execute communication plans supporting multiple project releases.
  • Draft and distribute clear, concise communications across various channels.
  • Translate complex business and technology changes into user-friendly messaging.
  • Identify communication gaps and implement strategies to improve stakeholder awareness.
  • Coordinate communication reviews, approvals, and distribution activities.

 

Training & Learning

  • Conduct learning needs assessments for impacted business users.
  • Develop training strategies and curricula supporting new systems and processes.
  • Create training materials including:
    • User guides
    • Process documentation
    • Instructor-led training presentations
    • Job aids and reference materials
  • Support training delivery and user readiness activities.

 

Adoption & Sustainment

  • Monitor adoption metrics and user engagement.
  • Develop remediation plans when adoption targets are not achieved.
  • Support long-term operationalization of new finance and treasury management processes.
  • Assist program leadership with continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, Finance Transformation, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting enterprise change management initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating stakeholder communications, training materials, and adoption strategies.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working directly with business leaders and executive stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP, treasury, accounting, or financial systems implementations.
  • Knowledge of Organizational Change Management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
  • Energy or Utilities industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology implementations.

 

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate combines strong Organizational Change Management expertise with a solid understanding of Finance and Accounting operations. You are comfortable working with senior leaders, developing communication and training strategies, and helping organizations successfully navigate complex business transformations.

 

Candidates with experience supporting treasury management systems, finance modernization programs, ERP implementations, or large-scale business process transformations will be particularly successful in this role.
