Summary

Role

Spend 10 weeks learning beyond the classroom through hands-on experiences, meaningful projects, and exposure to the day-to-day operations of a premier resort destination. As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced hotel leaders, build connections with fellow interns, participate in hotel meetings, and have the opportunity to explore departments that align with your career interests.

As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will gain firsthand experience in restaurant operations and discover what it takes to create exceptional dining experiences for guests. Working closely with restaurant leaders and team members, you will develop skills in guest service, food and beverage operations, service excellence, and team collaboration while supporting a high-volume resort environment.

This internship offers valuable exposure to hospitality leadership, operational decision-making, and the standards that drive memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are students pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership and campus involvement

• Student majoring in Hospitality or related major

• Candidates actively pursuing a college degree at any level

• Ability to work a flexible schedule through the week for 10-week commitment
