We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Restaurant Manager who embodies our values and is passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences. What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant outlets, ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience that reflects the Mission Inn's standards Champion a people-first culture, coaching and developing team members while fostering engagement, accountability, and teamwork Be present and visible on the floor, connecting with guests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues with care and professionalism Partner with culinary and leadership teams to maintain exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency. Drive revenue through creative programming, promotions, and events that enhance the guest experience. Support financial success by managing labor, controlling costs, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts. Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
What We're Looking For
1-2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience; hotel or upscale dining experience preferred. A natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams. A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededFinancial acumen with an understanding of labor management, cost control, and revenue optimization
