    Description

    The coordinator role supports the Food & Beverage Point of Sale (POS) team within the Enterprise Data Services Department of Enterprise Analytics. The mission of this team is to support F&B outlets with menu additions, price changes, and system support in a timely manner, while ensuring data integrity across all Caesars Entertainment properties.

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    • Strength in critical thinking, problem solving, and written and verbal communication. Comfort in communicating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

    • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to quickly learn relevant database applications and software, as well as industry-specific terminology and dynamics

    • Demonstrated interest in a career in data/analytics or Food & Beverage

    • Desire to understand a broad range of operations within the casino and hospitality industry

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work

    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

    • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity

    ADDITIONAL PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    • Exposure to statistical analysis or optimization analytics

    • Prior experience in the gaming/hospitality industry

    • Experience in data entry, data compilation using Excel and or Google Sheets

    • Front-end or back-end experience with InfoGenesis F&B POS system

    • Complete support ticket requests accurately and in a timely manner, related to F&B outlet menu additions/changes, item additions/changes - in accordance with department data governance standards

    • Provide professional service to internal clients (F&B leaders)

    • Communicate with partners and analysts concisely in verbal and written formats

    • Assist with data cleanliness projects
