Food & Beverage Server

Join the team at Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals to provide outstanding food and beverage service throughout our hotel outlets, including breakfast service, poolside dining, Habana Restaurant, and bar support.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Provide attentive table service and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Support breakfast buffet operations, including replenishing food items, serving beverages, and clearing tables.
• Process guest checks and room charges using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
• English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to carry trays, food, and beverages.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor service areas.
