F&B Supervisor

• Manage, train, and motivate the food and beverage team, including servers, bartenders, host/hostesses, and bar backs.
• Ensure that guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain high food and beverage quality standards, including presentation and taste.
• Oversee the ordering and stocking of food and beverage supplies to meet demand.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as all hotel policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise food and beverage services for events and special occasions.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification in food safety and alcohol service.
