Your Role at a Glance

As F&B Supervisor, you will support and represent the Food & Beverage Manager while taking ownership of the day-to-day operation. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and creating an environment where both guests and colleagues can thrive.

• Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team during daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all food and beverage outlets.
• Coach and develop team members, helping them build confidence and skills.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with Minor Hotels standards.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Support the organization and execution of meetings, events, and special occasions.
• Handle operational challenges confidently and proactively.
• Contribute ideas and improvements that enhance both guest satisfaction and team performance.
