Position Overview
Are you an organized, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes? As the Food & Beverage Warehouse Supervisor at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll help keep the entire mountain stocked and moving by overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operation and supporting the F&B outlets across the resort. Working alongside the Warehouse Manager, you'll balance competing priorities, respond to service needs, and make sure the most important tasks are getting done when they matter most.
This is a hands-on leadership role with plenty of variety. You'll oversee receiving and distributing product, manage inventory and vendor orders, keep vending machines and F&B outlets stocked, respond to service calls, and help maintain warehouse equipment and systems. You'll also lead by example with the warehouse team, help prioritize and delegate daily work, verify timecards, assist with inventory audits, and build strong working relationships with F&B teams throughout the resort. The ability to adapt on the fly, solve problems, and communicate clearly is essential, because no two days in the warehouse are exactly alike.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a busy, physical environment. Prior food & beverage, warehouse, leadership, or related experience is important, along with the ability to stay composed when priorities shift and multiple needs come up at once. If you enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, working with a great team, and playing an important behind-the-scenes role in the guest experience, this is a great opportunity to spend your winter at Mt. Hood Meadows.
