F & I Manager

Parkersburg WV automotive dealership group is looking for a Top-Performing F&I Manager looking for the top-paying F&I position in the car business  $200k plus opportunity! Must Have Dealership Finance Experience!!

 The proper candidate must have a proven track record of exceptional SALES performance in F&I, excellent work ethic, ability to develop others, strong PVR and product penetration, low charge backs and exceptional CSI. We will provide, hands-on in store training, access to F&I ongoing class training, monthly incentive payout on product sales over and above store commission plan and excellent growth opportunity within the fast growing dealer group.

We will also offer a relocation expense to the best candidate if needed. Below is a summary of the required responsibilities.

Responsibilities include: 

•  Efficiently contract automotive customers 
•  Offer customers loss prevention options 
•  Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and benefits with a legally compliant menu. 
•  Meet dealer group's benchmark standards for product penetrations and PVR
•  Clean paperwork and low CIT are a must 
•  Actively assist the sales desk when needed for Finance turns, negotiation, etc.
•  Lead by example

Qualifications: 

•  Top F&I Manager at current location.
•  Must be a top performer with excellent CSI.
•  Must have a proven track record in F&I.
•  Must be looking for a long-term position and looking to grow within the organization.
