Summary of responsibilities
- The Site Lead will assist and follow the directives of the District Manager with the administration and managerial duties to enforce regulations, governing State and Federal laws, and Company policies. The Site Lead will also be responsible for the Training of Security Officers under their supervision in order to develop a staff that is always “Prompt, Professional, and Engaged.”
- Performs all duties of a Supervisor as needed (Scheduling, Interviewing and Training) Communicate company policies and procedures to all shift personnel.
- Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, property losses, homicides, or other unlawful activities as directed by Operations Managers.
- Ensure Security Officers provide high-quality services to protect people and property. *Must maintain satisfactory attendance, punctuality, and performance throughout your employment as a Site Lead.
- Must possess effective written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Must be able to handle the working and master schedule of the site.
- Act as a crime deterrent while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Notify supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches and/or safety hazards.
- Must embody and promote company values while operating as a highly visible deterrent on site.
- Perform various job related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must speak English (Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but required)
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must posses a valid Florida Security officer D License
- Must have minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must project a professional appearance
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Law enforcement or military experience preferred but not required
