Key Responsibilities
The Ultimate Greeter: Warmly welcome all visitors, clients, and partners as they arrive in the building, ensuring a stellar first impression.
Visitor Management & Security: Facilitate connecting guests with the correct team members, print visitor badges, and verify that all necessary forms are completed before entry.
Communication Hub: Professionally answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Lobby Upkeep: Take pride in your workspace by ensuring the front lobby remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
Administrative Support: Put your organizational skills to work by assisting various departments with basic administrative tasks and projects as needed.
