Admissions Navigator Opportunity

What You'll Do
This position involves independent, complex, and highly specialized clerical work and reports directly to the Director of Admissions & Recruiting. The Admissions Navigator provides comprehensive support and detailed information about admission and registration processes to prospective and current students, parents, the general public, and faculty and staff via in-person, phone, text, TDX tickets, and email to address inquiries and ensure a seamless admissions process. This role monitors and processes assigned daily/weekly reports while providing specialized clerical and administrative support by evaluating and processing student applications and admissions documents, including transcripts, test scores, residency declarations, citizenship verification, and admissions waivers, using tools like DocuSign and Hyland.
As the primary point of contact for specific student classifications, including non-degree-seeking and transient students, the Admissions Navigator manages student holds, registers students, assists with application corrections, and directs students to appropriate campus resources. This position ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, reviews alternative credit options, and evaluates official transcripts. Additionally, the Admissions Navigator participates in campus events such as Aspire Day, Eagle Rise, and tours, fostering a welcoming and informed admissions experience.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:
A high school diploma or its equivalent
Two (2) years of progressively responsible clerical experience; or a combination of education and/or experience.
