F2634 - Foods Logistics Supervisor Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Employment Type: Full Time Description: This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the overall operations of a warehouse at FOODS. At Bama, the Logistics Supervisor is expected to understand, engage, and lead their Warehouse team through a One Bama lens, while controlling direct costs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring a safe work environment. This role will focus on delivering customer intimacy and team member satisfaction while minimizing cost. Data and measurement will be used in the areas that need attention, such as inventory management, appointment scheduling, process cost, and departmental key metrics. The Logistic Supervisor will partner with operations, sales, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and plant management to help provide assured supply to internal and external customers. The Logistic Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring materials are received, stored, distributed, rotated, and inventoried properly while always maintaining an audit ready warehouse. This position reports to the FOODS Plant Manager, along with connection to the Dir of Logistics.
