HR Recruiter

Setting/Hours: 100% Remote | 9 -6 or 9: 30 - 6: 30

Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Cincinnati, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team with a background in automotive, retail, or distribution environments supporting both hourly and salaried hiring. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruiting expertise, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a high attention to detail. Candidates should also be comfortable utilizing technology and recruiting systems in a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruiter, you will work with the HR Director, Recruiting Manager and HR team to fulfill the following job responsibilities:

•Manage recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities
•Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms and job boards
•Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
•Maintain accurate applicant tracking and candidate records within Paylocity and other systems
•Support onboarding processes including new hire paperwork
•Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruiting support
•Ensure compliance with company hiring practices, policies, and employment regulations
•Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
•Prepare recruiting reports and assist with administrative HR functions as needed
•Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
•2 years of experience with recruitment processes
•Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, ZOHO and Paylocity
•Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal skills to successfully support a variety of responsibilities with accuracy
•High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, results-orientation and attention to detail
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
