Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) bist Du für einen reibungslosen und effizienten Arbeitsablauf verantwortlich. Du erkennst frühzeitig Abweichungen und ergreifst entsprechende Maßnahmen zur Problemlösung. Deine tägliche Arbeit zeichnet sich durch gute Kommunikation und Organisationstalent aus. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören die Koordination, Überwachung und Sicherstellung des Produktionsprozesses sowie die Erfassung und Auswertung von täglichen Kennzahlen.
RESPONSABILITÉS
+ Einarbeiten von Mitarbeitern im Anlernbereich
+ Durchführung von Unterweisungen, Schulungen der Teammitglieder für den jeweiligen Bereich
+ Überprüfung der Arbeitsergebnisse
+ Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Personaleinsatzpläne (z.B. Schicht- und Urlaubspläne)
+ Überwachung und Sicherstellung des Produktionsablaufes
+ Termingerechtes Bearbeiten von Betriebsaufträgen und Koordination der Liefererfüllung
+ Einleitung und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
+ Mitarbeit bei der Prozessoptimierung
+ Erfassen, Auswerten und Berichten der täglichen Kennzahlen
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience en supervision dans une entreprise manufacturière;
+ Compétence et connaissance du logiciel Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,et Powerpoint) , SAP et Outlook ;
APTITUDES
+ Eine einschlägige abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Gleichwertiges
+ Erfahrung in der Metallindustrie von Vorteil Erste Führungserfahrung
+ Teamorientiert und zuverlässig Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichtsystemen
+ Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsstärke
+ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for a Production Team Leader at our location in Hof (Bavaria) as soon as possible.

As a Team Leader (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. You will identify deviations early and take appropriate corrective actions. Your daily work is characterized by strong communication and organizational skills. Your responsibilities include coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the production process, as well as recording and analyzing daily performance metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Training new employees in the onboarding phase
+ Conducting safety briefings and training sessions for team members in the respective area
+ Reviewing work results
+ Assisting in the creation of workforce planning (e.g., shift and vacation schedules)
+ Monitoring and ensuring smooth production processes
+ Timely processing of production orders and coordinating delivery fulfillment
+ Initiating and handling complaints
+ Supporting process optimization efforts
+ Recording, analyzing, and reporting daily key performance indicators
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing company
+ Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Outlook
SKILLS
+ Relevant completed vocational training or equivalent
+ Experience in the metal industry is a plus
+ Initial leadership experience
+ Team-oriented and reliable
+ Willingness to work in shift systems
+ Strong sense of responsibility, structured way of working, and assertiveness
+ Very good German skills, both spoken and written
