Position Responsibilities:
" Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g. preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.)
" Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content.
" Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods
" Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations
" Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors
" Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite, a variable shift between 1st and 2nd.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
" Experience with giving presentations and public speaking
" 1+ years of experience using reporting tools
" 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
" Experience with designing, developing, and/or delivering course content and instructional materials
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
" Experience teaching a technical subject matter in an adult learning environment
" Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) process knowledge
" Strong experience with Electrical systems (re: fabrication, installations, testing, troubleshooting)
" Strong experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) and Quality Management System (QMS) Experience with operating/navigating: Wireshop Homepage, Client specifications (D6-36911), Standard Work Instructor (SWI), Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Redars
" Experience working in a fast-paced environment
" Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems
" Experience organizing, prioritizing and paying attention to detail while ensuring accuracy
