Your impact

What you need to succeed
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of practical work experience in the field (teaching not included).
- FAA A&P license preferred; if not current, we will pay for you to obtain it.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy for learners moving at different speeds.
