Fabric Cleaning Specialist

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual to join our work family as a Fabric Cleaning Specialists. Fabric Cleaning Specialists cleans drapery and blind in our plant for the customer.

We will provide you with hands on PAID training.

Specialists Responsibilities:

• Acquire knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Adhere to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment.
• Ask customers and team members for additional information when necessary.
• Perform preventative maintenance of equipment as necessary. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it functions properly. Promptly report worn and broken equipment to supervisor.
• Assist with establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
• Earn certifications in various areas of expertise needed to work in the field.

Specialists Requirements:

• Have strong customer service skills and handle challenging situations in a professional manner and able to make a good first impression with customers.
• Have a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Have strong communication, listening, and math skills.
• Ability to work independently to support the group effort.
• The ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines.
• Industry and sales experience is helpful, but not necessary
• Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to, but not limited to, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Background Check/Drug screen
