Imagine starting your day on a buzzing production floor, greeting a team of welders, machine operators, and filter assembly experts as you line up work on more than twenty active projects. You coordinate with the Scheduler/Planner to lock in ship dates, review the morning’s factory orders and routing, and open the ERP (D365 preferred) to confirm materials are staged and transactions are accurate. By mid-morning, you’re coaching a welder through symbols and drawing interpretations as part of a Welder Workmanship Program you’ve built, and in the afternoon you’re collaborating with Project Managers to keep budgets on track while nudging Product Efficiency, Quality Performance, COPQ, OTD, and EHS&S metrics in the right direction.
That’s a typical day as a Production leader at CECO Environmental’s Peerless Separation & Filtration brand—where our solutions safeguard people, the environment, and industrial equipment across renewable energy, semiconductors, power generation, and water treatment. Since 1966, we’ve tackled the world’s toughest environmental challenges. We’re publicly traded on NASDAQ (ticker: CECO), were named one of Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Companies for 2025, and earned Forbes recognition as one of America’s Most Successful Small Cap Companies for 2026 (our third consecutive year on the list).
We provide a variety of medical insurance plans, with dental and vision coverage, Employee 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and much more.
At CECO, our people are at the center of everything we do. Whether you’re pivoting your career, exploring as an undergraduate, or launching after an advanced degree, you’ll find meaningful opportunities to make a difference. We foster innovation, collaboration, and integrity—and as part of our Engineered Systems and Industrial Process Solutions segments, you’ll help shape a more sustainable future.
