Fabrication Assistant - 2nd Shift

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a second shift Fabrication Assistant in the Columbus, Ohio, area. Initial training will be on first shift.   

Responsibilities

• Support various departments including Fabrication, Hardware insertion, Shipping/Packaging, and Powder prep.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities.
• Assist in assembling metal cabinetry and related products.
• Collaborate with experienced staff members.

Skills

• Ability to interpret prints and identify metals.
• Interest or experience in metal work and assembly.
• Operate finishing tools and equipment.
• Physically fit to handle tasks requiring lifting, standing, and bending.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Teamwork and independent work capability.
• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a job shop environment.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
