Job Title: Job Description- Fabrication Associate

Position Type: Full-time
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Position Summary
We are seeking skilled Fabricators to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing set up, operation
and light maintenance of machines, tools, and fixtures, finishing operations on welded assemblies, operate grinding and dual
actions sanding equipment, fabricating various metal components, and ensuring parts are washed and painted properly
according to customer specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with
precision and attention to detail in various areas of the shop floor.
Shift: 1st shift (6am-4:30pm)Pay: $17+/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs
• Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions
• Ability to blend welds and parts or welded assembly surface with dual action sander, as/if needed
• Selects and uses appropriate tool and grit of grinding pads to achieve desired result
• Completes equipment set-ups in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures
• Records length of time and quantity of materials used for each job
• Inspects parts and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as needed
• Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas
• Pretreat, clean, and mask a variety of parts as needed
• Load parts correctly on to line for maximum line capacity
• Use measuring devices to ensure highest level of quality
• Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations
• Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Educations Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One-year manufacturing experience preferred/willing to teach the right person

Work Hours & Schedule
• 10 hours a day, 4 days a week
• 6:00 am to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday
• Friday as needed for Overtime
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds,
• Stand for prolonged periods during the shift
• Perform repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Operate machinery and/or power tools
• Wear all appropriate safety gear
