Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and mechanically skilled Fabricator A to join a manufacturing team in Broken Arrow, OK. This advanced fabrication role is responsible for machining, fabrication, assembly, and component production while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

If you have strong fabrication experience, can confidently read blueprints, and are comfortable operating machining equipment, this Fabricator A opportunity offers a solid short-term contract with hands-on technical work.

Required Experience & Skills
• Strong experience in fabrication and machining operations REQUIRED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering specifications
• Experience operating mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, and related machining equipment
• Knowledge of CNC controls, machining parameters, feeds, speeds, and cutting processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Measure, mark, and scribe materials to prepare for machining and fabrication
• Set up fixtures, tooling, cutting tools, and materials on production equipment
• Calculate and adjust machining settings including speed, feed, and cut depth
• Develop layouts and determine fabrication or machining process sequences
• Operate machinery while monitoring performance for quality and accuracy
• Perform trial runs, inspect results, and adjust machine settings as needed
• Fabricate, assemble, align, and weld components into completed assemblies
• Cut, grind, bend, shape, and modify metal materials as required
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify specifications
• Install and test machined components for proper fit and function
• Work with engineering and production teams to resolve fabrication issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety procedures

Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing / fabrication environment
• Exposure to machining equipment, fabrication tools, metal materials, industrial noise, and production activity
• Precision-focused role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive motion, and close attention to detail
• PPE required in operational areas
