Build excellence, one setup at a time
Our fabrication cells power production across stamping, laser cutting, forming, and welding. As the Fabrication Cell Lead Operator, you bring craftsmanship and discipline to every run—protecting safety, quality, and throughput while guiding others.
A quick scenario
You’re setting up a turret press. The first piece shows a slight burr from an upstream operation. You pause, investigate, correct the issue, document findings, and proceed—hourly checks confirm the line is on-spec. You attach a fully completed move ticket, record your hours and quantities, and keep the cell clean and safe throughout.

- Safely set up and operate production machinery.
- Interpret drawings and routings to confirm material size, type, and production quantities.
- Adjust setups to maintain quality standards across the run.
