    Location: Kaukauna, WI

    After 500 working hours, benefits include: Health, Dental and Vision

    Shift: 1st (6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday, 10 hours)

    Job description: Tocoordinate production and shipping schedules to meet customer demands.

    Summary of Major Responsibilities/Duties:

    Studies shopschedule and communicates with project managers andpiping superintendent to determine shipping priorities and shipping methods required tomeetshipping schedules

    Overseesoutgoingshipping activates toensureaccuracy,completeness, and condition of shipments.

    Processes stopwork orders

    Controls drawings from Engineering to shop

    Dispatches Loads

    Puts packinglist for each load together

    Secures quotes for freight andshipping anddetermines which carrier to use

    Workswith a variety of shipping companies ensuring Team is gettingthe bestdealand timely pickup anddelivery

    Determines legalloadlimits of trucks, according toestablished schedules and weight limitsof states.

    Inspects work inprogress toverify that work is beingdone to customer shipping requirements.

    Looks for improvedmethods andefficiency gains.

    Maintains shop menlist and prepares schedulefor meetings.

    Confers withother supervisors (including nights) toinsureproducts flow smoothly betweendepartments.

    Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers insolving workproblems.

    Perform jobduties of theassistant when that person isnot inthe office.

    Perform other job-relatedduties as assigned.

    Conducts work safely andfollows all safety procedures. Rejects work that is not safe anddiscusses thesituation with supervisor.

    Orderand stock consumables, administer tool crib software.

    MinimumKnowledge, Skillsand AbilitiesRequired:

    HighSchool Diploma: or one to two years relatedexperienceand/or training; (Teamexperienceor experiencein planning)

    Ability to read,analyze and interpret general businessperiodicals, professional journals, technicalprocedures, or government regulations.

    Ability toeffectively
    present information and respondto questionsfrom groups of managers, clients, customers,and thepublic.

    Ability to calculate figuresandamounts suchas discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percent, area,circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts ofbasic algebra and geometry.

    Ability toapply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to problem solveand accuratelyevaluate information.
